GZ Launches Emblem, Mascot Solicitation for 10th Asian Para Games

The 10th Asian Para Games, to follow the 16th Asian Games in November next year, will be held in Guangzhou December 12th through 19th, 2010.

In order to make the Para Games as successful as the Asian Games, the Guangzhou Asian Games Organizing Committee launched the preparatory work and announced, on March 3rd, solicitations for the emblem and mascot for the 10th Asian Para Games.

According to Li Zhenliang, Deputy Director of the Games Communication & Promotion Department, any individual or organization can submit materials for the competition. Each of the first ten winners of the competition can receive an award of RMB 10 thousand and the final winner will be awarded RMB 100 thousand.
