Pre DRM Meeting concluded succesfully in Kuala Lumpur

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – The Pre DRM meeting for the Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games took place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from 17 to 18 June 2008. The meeting was hosted by Asian Paralympic Committee with the cooperation of Malaysian Paralympic Council. Total of 16 member nations of APC attended the Pre DRM meeting which was concluded a week ago.

The BOCOG delegation includes Mr. Diamil-Faye and Ms. Yang Yiping, Senior Experts together with other eight staff members of BOCOG were present to conduct the Pre DRM meeting in Kuala Lumpur.

The APC member nations were briefed about the preparation for the Beijing Paralympic Games.And the members of APC had an opportunity to meet with their coordinators and sort out many issues relating to their participation in this games such accreditation, sports entries, accomodation and etc.

The APC President, Dato' Zainal said, "The meeting was very important to APC member nations to strengthen the communication between BOCOG about those issues relating to the games before the teams depart to Beijing.
